I would lease this property out as a exclusive deer lease, as a whole 2000 acres or a 1500 acre and/or 500 acre tract. The whole 2000 ac., all deer rights is $11,000 yearly. As seperately, the 1500 ac tract is $8500 yearly. The 500 acre tract is $5000 yearly. Come look at the property, you'll take it.
5 day DIY hunt price would go down the more hunters you have in your group. I have pictures from this year of 150" plus class bucks from this lease. Quail & waterfowl hunters can not be on property till Dec. 8th, after gun deer season ends.
I would also be interested in selling 5 day DIY (do it yourself) bow, muzzleloader or gun deer hunts on this property, if not leased out. Choose your weapon & dates for $1250 per hunter. 1 buck & 1 doe. Also, 1 fall turkey if bow hunting. This place is awesome.
