Private property with access to hunt it has declined considerably in the last decade. It's the greatest issue today facing hunting opportunities. The land owners are more educated today about the profit's to be gained & the less hassles it is to lease their hunting rights, than giving family, friends or strangers hunting permission. They also know that the majority of hunters that pay to play are more conscious of their actions while afield on their property. Leasing ground for hunting takes you out of public areas & private property that you can't control the hunting pressure on, because other hunters or land owners family might just drop in ruining your hunt.
Leasing from BUCKTRACTS consist of signing a contract & liability waiver. Rules within the contract are generic like most hunting leases across the country. They are designed to protect all parties involved. To meet & view a property carries a $50 cash fee due up front upon meeting. It's non-refundable, but will be applied to lease payment upon contract signing if you take that property. I have no cheap leases, for there is no such thing in todays market with any quality.
