No hunting lease is stable with out a signed Contract & Liability Waivers from the hunters that are involved in the lease. Most contracts are designed to protect the land owners & all parties connected to them. It also protects the lessee, the hunters & the privileges they paid for. First time lessee/hunters will only be able to have a 1 year term lease. If the land owner & BUCKTRACTS feel that your hunting party is respectable & trustworthy after your first trial year, an longer term lease may be offered.
